Who is Vaern
Vaern is part of Darize. That is the foundation. The same values, the same standards, and the same commitment to delivering what we promise shape everything we do.
But Vaern operates in a distinct domain. The work we do, the clients we serve, and the specialists we bring together sit within security and defense. It requires deep specialist knowledge, senior-only capability, and the level of trust that comes only from operating inside public and private sector, and critical systems environments over time.
Vaern does not diverge from Darize. It extends Darize into a different operational reality, with its own demands and its own definition of what it means to deliver in that reality.
Vaern is rooted in Denmark and grew out of Globeteam, which since 2001 has built a reputation as one of Denmark’s most trusted consultancies. Globeteam became part of Polaris’ portfolio in 2025, and Vaern carries that heritage forward today as part of Darize.
