Responsibility grounded in practical action
While regulatory changes in 2025 placed Darize outside the scope of CSRD reporting requirements, advancing our ESG agenda remains integral to our strategic foundation.
During 2025, our priority was consolidating a unified group-wide ESG framework. We made progress in strengthening the data foundation required for credible target-setting, recalculated the group’s baseline year, and continued work on a transition plan outlining pathways for emissions reductions over time.
Moving forward as one group, we remain committed to responsible business practices and continue to prioritize initiatives that align with our core activities and contribute to long-term value creation across our ecosystem.
The ambition is to steward a responsible and sustainable value chain. This aim is long-term in nature and reflects our responsibility towards clients, consultants, employees, and future generations.

Environmental responsibility
Our environmental ambition is grounded in a long-term perspective and a commitment to contributing to a low-carbon future.
In July 2024, Darize committed to developing Science-Based Targets (SBTs) aligned with the Paris Agreement through the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This commitment remains a central part of our environmental strategy and climate governance framework.
With the expansion of the group, affecting both scope and geographical footprint, we have progressed in consolidating our approach to ESG as a group, as well as aligning our carbon accounting practices. In line with our commitment to setting Science-Based Targets, we have developed our targets using 2025 as the baseline (see annual report) and submitted them to SBTi. We expect our targets to be validated in Q4 of 2026.

Responsible business conduct and fair competition are fundamental to maintaining the trust of our clients, consultants, employees, and partners. We apply a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and unethical behavior, supported by Codes of Conduct, internal controls, and a confidential whistleblower system. These standards extend across our value chain, ensuring alignment on human rights, labor standards, and ethical practices.
Data protection and information security are core priorities. Clear procedures support compliance, while ongoing monitoring and preventive measures help mitigate risks and safeguard data integrity.
Our commitment to responsible conduct extends to the adoption of new technology. To ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant use, we have established an AI policy that defines clear expectations for the use of AI tools.
