What is the vision of the re-branding?

We start with our clients’ needs and partner with them in the way that creates the greatest impact, whether through delivery of solutions, teams or individual experts. 

 

What does the re-branding mean for us as customers? 

The rebranding reflects our ambition to make it easier for you to access the full breadth of expertise, capabilities and solutions supporting complex tech transformations. Day-to-day nothing will change and you will continue to work with the same trusted people and experience the same high standards of quality and delivery.  

 

What happens to contracts and legal terms? 

There are no changes to your existing contracts, legal terms or delivery entities. All agreements remain in place and continue as agreed. The rebranding does not affect the commercial or legal framework of our collaboration. 

 

Will you operate as a single company going forward? 

Our ambition is to provide a more seamless and integrated client experience under one brand. For you, this means easier access to the full range of capabilities. While the legal structure and day-to-day administrative processes remain unchanged, we will increasingly operate as one team with one shared commitment: Helping you achieve your business goals enabled by technology. 

 

What will happen to your positioning?
