Dear Experts Consultants

As of the 6th of October 2026, 7N, Globeteam, and Contractor unite under one common group brand, creating the definitive Tech Transformation Partner for complex IT initiatives. Which enable us to support your ambitions to an even larger extend.

Below we have answered some questions that you might sit with in relation to the rebranding.

Consultant specific FAQ

What does the rebranding mean for me as a consultant?
For you, it is business as usual. Your current assignment, contract, contact person, invoicing process, benefits, and hourly rate are not changing because of the new brand. Over time, Darize may provide access to more clients, broader capabilities, and new types of assignments. If a change requires action from you, we will contact you directly.

How do I invoice?
You should continue invoicing in the same way as you do today. If you use self-billing, the process remains unchanged and the platform is now called mydarize.com. If you invoice through another agreed process, that also remains unchanged. Should the invoicing process change in the future, we will inform you directly.

Is your CVR number still the same?
Yes. The company name change does not affect the existing CVR numbers. You will continue to invoice using the same CVR number as today.

What happens to my contract?
Your existing contract remains unchanged. If your assignment is extended or you enter into a new agreement, the relevant documents will use the Darize name. Any other contractual changes will be communicated to you directly before they take effect.

Where do I create a new CV?
Update your CV as you usually do on our platform, now called mydarize.com.

Do I keep my Agent?
Yes. You will keep your current primary contact. If this changes for any reason, you will be informed directly.

What happens to Kick-Off?
Kick-Off remains an important part of our culture and consultant community. For many Experts, particularly in Denmark and Poland, it is one of the highlights of the year and an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and strengthen relationships across the network. The rebranding does not change our commitment to Kick-Off, and we look forward to continuing this tradition as part of Darize.

Will all consultants have joint Christmas parties and other events together?
Some events will continue to be organized locally, while others may bring consultants together across Darize. This means there will not automatically be one joint Christmas party or event programme for everyone. You will receive information about each event from your usual contact or local organisation.

How many people are you in total in Darize?
Darize brings together approximately 2,500 people: almost 300 staff members, around 200 integrated consultants (former Globeteam), and more than 2,000 connected consultants (former 7N and Contractor) across our international markets.

What happens to the benefits?
Your current benefits are not affected by the re-branding. If new benefits are introduced, we will communicate what they are, who they apply to, and when they take effect.

How can I become a Solutions or Security/Vaern consultant?
Start by speaking with your current contact person, who can help connect you with the relevant team. Previous vetting is a strong starting point, but opportunities in Solutions or Security/Vaern will depend on whether your experience and capabilities match the specific client and business need.

What does the merger mean for my day-to-day work as a consultant?
For most consultants, there is no immediate change to your day-to-day work. Your contact person, current assignment, and contractual relationship remain unchanged. Over time, the combined business may give you access to broader consultant support, more client relationships, and different types of assignments. We will communicate directly if a future change affects you.

Will I work with people from the other company?
You may increasingly work with people and teams from other parts of Darize when this benefits the client or creates a stronger opportunity. This collaboration will develop gradually. For now, you will continue in your current role and organisation.

Will Darize continue to focus on complex solutions and projects?
Yes. Darize will remain focused on solving complex challenges through deep expertise, trust and long-term relationships. As client needs and buying behaviors evolve, our shared brand strengthens our ability to respond to these changes, combine our capabilities and create an even stronger position in the market.

How will this help secure more exciting projects for me?
The combined business gives us access to more client relationships and a broader range of capabilities. We expect this to create more opportunities for larger, more complex, and international assignments. Individual opportunities will still depend on client demand and the match between the assignment and your expertise.

Will this affect our hourly rates?
No. The company name change will not in itself affect current hourly rates. Rates will continue to reflect the specific assignment, market demand, and the consultant’s expertise and experience. As always, we will work to secure the best possible rate for each consultant.

Why is Vaern separated as an independent brand?
Vaern is a part of Darize as a sub-brand. That being said, the unique, holistic capabilities regarding security is something we want to distinguish in the market for several reasons. One is to take a very strong position in the market. Another is the Vaern team working on highly classified projects where we need our clients to know and trust that they handle such projects in the right manner. We look forward to working just as close with Vaern as with all others in the group.

How will you ensure that you collaborate across the three service lines?
Experts, Solutions, and Security/Vaern offer different but complementary capabilities. When a client need requires more than one service line, we will share opportunities and bring together the right specialists. Each assignment will still have clear ownership, so consultants and clients know who is responsible and who their main contact is.

What do you see in the market regarding more outcome-based work? Will you move more towards outcome-based delivery?
Some clients increasingly want suppliers to take responsibility for a defined result, rather than only providing expertise by the hour. Solutions and Security/Vaern will support more of these deliveries. For Experts, hourly assignments and individual specialist roles will remain an important part of the business. Experts may also contribute their specialist knowledge as part of a broader team delivering a defined outcome.

What is the definition of a ‘Darize Expert’?
A Darize Expert is what was previously known as a 7N consultant: an independent specialist selected for both professional expertise and personal fit. Experts work on assignments where their experience can create an immediate impact, while retaining the freedom of independent consulting and receiving support from a network that knows their capabilities and ambitions.

How does the 7N company name change / merger affect the existing security clearances (“Sikkerhedsgodkendelser”) that some of us are dependent on when working for eg Danish police and Defence – if at all?
We do not currently expect the name change to affect existing security clearances because the legal entity and CVR number remain unchanged. However, requirements can vary by client, agreement, and assignment. If updated documentation or another action is required, we will contact the affected consultants directly.

Will the creation of the new Solutions and Security mean less focus on outsourcing?
No. Solutions and Security/Vaern expand the ways in which we can support clients; they do not replace our core Experts business. Independent specialists will remain central to Darize, while the new service lines enable us to meet client needs that require complete teams, managed solutions or specialised security capabilities.

Will opportunities in the Experts area decrease?
Experts remain a core part of Darize, and we do not expect the creation of Solutions and Security/Vaern to reduce our focus on independent specialists. These service lines may also open new client relationships and create assignments where Experts work independently or alongside broader teams. The number and type of opportunities will continue to depend on client demand and the market.

General FAQ

Why re-branding the group?
The new group brand integrates our capabilities and elevates our unique position in the market. Meeting the evolving expectations and needs of our clients across our markets. It is our opportunity to reposition ourselves as The Tech Transformation Partner, building on what we are best at, looking ahead to new goals for our clients, our consultants, and ourselves.

Clients are not buying our logo. They are buying from people they trust, capability and outcomes delivered. This is what builds a strong brand. We will keep doing what we are good at – delivering high quality.

Together we can do more than our clients currently realize. With our new integrated brand and story, we have an opportunity to meet our clients’ demands and needs.

Why ‘Darize’?
Finding the new name was a long process, based on a few dogmas:

  • Taps into our value proposition – Get IT Done

  • Do not include Contractor, Globeteam or 7N

  • Be simple

  • Be premium but not luxury

  • Be easy to pronounce

  • Work internationally

  • Leverage our Nordic heritage

The symbol of ‘Dagaz’ ended up being the offset, as we see ourselves in the meaning, symbolism and story of the old Norse rune, standing for hope, harmony and positive transformation. The meaning of the dawn, a new beginning, and the sunrise combined with Dagaz to make the name of our group, and what we stand for, Darize.

Why are the values being changed?
We do not see it as changing our values as much as we see it as evolving them. Having come together from three different companies, the cultural overlap has been significant. Rather than having three sets of values, we have merged what we see as the greatest strengths of our shared culture with new wording. We hope that you still recognize yourself and our company in the new values, as our only wish is to build upon, not erase who we are and how we act as individuals and as a company.

As with values more than most other things, the proof is in the pudding. Our actions prove our values. Keep this in mind at the coffee machine, in challenging clients respectfully, in delivering the highest quality in the market, in collaborating with each other.

How will you ensure that the culture is preserved?
The group has a strong shared culture, which might vary a little between teams. That is normal when integrating multiple companies and collaborating cross-border – it takes a long time to become old friends. Our goal is to keep learning from each other and create a community built on trust, quality, and respect, while recognizing that we have a common way of working reflected in our shared group values – Deliver to the promise, People first, and Dare to be bold.

When is the re-branding expected to be completed?
The re-branding is expected to be fully complete over the coming months. We have to work in phases, and the first priority is client-facing materials/assets.

Who can I ask if I have any questions?
If you have any questions, please reach out to your contact person. Depending on the topic, you can also contact your local Recruitment or Sales team. We are always happy to help.

What can I expect in the coming weeks and months?
External market activation is planned for the coming 6 weeks, and additional planning is underway. We will continue to inform you about upcoming opportunities.
